This policy explains what personal information Nova Reed Fitness (“we”), operated by Justin Bruyea in Ontario, Canada, collects, why, and your choices. We follow Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

• Contact details you give us, such as your name and email, when you join a membership, sign up for free workout emails or email us. If you sign up for emails, we also keep the goal you choose and the date you gave consent.
• Membership details, such as your plan, billing period and payment status.
• Member account details: the email and first name on your member login. Your password is stored securely by Netlify and we never see it. When you sign up or log in, we check your email against your Stripe subscription to unlock the right plan.
• Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.
• Information you choose to share, such as your goals, experience or fitness questions.
• Business contact details from brands that send a partnership inquiry, such as name, company, email, website and campaign details.

How we use it

• To provide your membership and send content you signed up for.
• To process payments, renewals, cancellations and refunds.
• To answer your questions and provide support.
• To send updates about our programs. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the business, such as Stripe (payments), Netlify (website hosting, member accounts and logins, our email sign-up form and our partnership inquiry form) and Google (Gmail), which we use to send and receive email, and only as needed to provide our services. Some providers may store data outside Canada.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are a member and for as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes, then delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent to marketing emails, by emailing novareed.business@gmail.com.

Cookies

Our website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. When you log in as a member, we set one essential login cookie that keeps you signed in. Your member hub also saves your progress (such as workouts and lift logs) in your own browser on your device. We do not receive that information, and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
