Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with your membership. This policy explains how to cancel and when you can get a refund.

Cancel anytime

• You can cancel your membership at any time, either through the “Manage or cancel your subscription” link on our website or by emailing novareed.business@gmail.com.
• When you cancel, you will not be charged again. You keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
• We will confirm your cancellation by email.

14-day refund on your first payment

If you are not happy with your membership, email novareed.business@gmail.com within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full. No questions asked.

Renewals

Renewal payments (after your first payment) are generally not refundable, except where required by law. If you forgot to cancel a yearly renewal, email us within 7 days of the renewal date and we will refund it in full.

Billing mistakes

If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged after you cancelled, email us and we will refund the incorrect charge.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.

Disputes

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. Most issues can be solved quickly by email.

Physical products

We do not sell physical products, so there are no returns or shipping.
