These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the website and digital memberships offered by Nova Reed Fitness (“we”, “us”), a business operated by Justin Bruyea in Ontario, Canada. By using our website or buying a membership, you agree to these Terms.
1. What we sell
We sell digital fitness memberships (Nova Starter, Nova Plus and Nova Elite) that give access to online workout programs, videos, guides and related content. We also offer free content (Nova Free). No physical goods are sold or shipped.
2. About Nova Reed
Nova Reed is an AI-generated fitness character. Images of Nova are AI-generated. Programs and content are created and managed by Nova Reed Fitness.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a membership. You are responsible for keeping your login details private. Memberships are for personal use and may not be shared or resold.
4. Prices, billing and renewal
- Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
- Memberships are subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each monthly billing period and are charged to your payment method until you cancel.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
- We may change prices. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before a price change affects your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel anytime. Details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Health and safety
Our content is general fitness information and is not medical advice. Consult a doctor or qualified professional before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have an injury, a health condition or are pregnant. Stop exercising and seek help if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. You exercise at your own risk, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for injury resulting from use of our content.
7. Our content
All programs, videos, text and images belong to Nova Reed Fitness or its licensors. You may use them for your own personal training only. You may not copy, share, sell or publish them without our written permission.
8. Availability
We aim to keep our service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may update, add or remove content from time to time.
9. Ending your access
We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these Terms, for example by sharing their account or redistributing paid content.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law, including Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act, 2002.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
